At Rovewear Store, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)
Delivery partners: We use reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc., to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD charge may apply (displayed at checkout).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website using this number.

If you don't receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we’ll follow up with the courier service.
If your package is lost or untraceable, we will either replace your order or issue a full refund (based on investigation results).

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately to update your details before the order is shipped.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes only.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the restriction of COD service for your account.
