At Rovewear Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at rovewear.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and further instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
